Why
The proposal-card summary redesign made every card substantially taller and left sparse cards with large empty regions.
Change
Revert merge commit 69bd8d5 in full. This restores the exact proposal-card implementation and visual dimensions from master before PR #74, without introducing replacement layout behavior.
