Vortexopedia entries were centered by the shared Button's flex layout, giving each entry a different left inset depending on its content. Restore full-width block layout for the entry trigger so titles, summaries, and tags align with expanded details. The trigger also exposes its expanded state to assistive technology.
Validation: four Playwright regressions at 390, 768, 1024, and 1440 pixels verify entry alignment, expansion, keyboard collapse, and page overflow. Typecheck and formatting pass. Visually checked desktop and mobile screenshots across all four themes.
