## Overview backlog-apiのCLIに、AI agentがoperationの入力仕様と安全要件を機械可読形式で確認できる導線を追加します。 ## Changes - `tools describe <operation>`と`call <operation> --help`を追加し、入力JSON Schema、結果フィールド、権限、破壊確認要否、例を返す - IDまたはキーなどの相関必須条件を共通化し、接続情報なしのdry-runでも不完全な入力を検出する - 全operationとCLI導線を対象としたテスト、README、traceability文書を更新する - Zodスキーマ変換依存を明示し、製品バージョンを`0.5.0`へ更新する
