Summary:

update the package repository URL from http:// to git+https://
update the bugs URL from http:// to https://

Validation:

node metadata assertion for package.json repository.url and bugs.url
git diff --check
git ls-remote https://github.com/jaredhanson/passport-github.git HEAD
