The username was a bare "$": GHCR accepts any username with a GITHUB_TOKEN, but it was clearly a broken expression. Use the same snippet as the README.

The
docker loginof theci.ymlandcache.ymlworkflows passed a bare$as username (a leftover of a broken${{ github.actor }}expression). GHCR accepts any username with aGITHUB_TOKEN, so it worked by accident; use the same snippet as the README (fixed in #438).Note: the
prod-imagesbranch has the same issue inci.yml(and it has been copied into projects using docker-starter, e.g. offithings).
