Bumps the Go version used to compile
kptto1.26.5.This is required to remediate Go standard library vulnerabilities that affect the
kptbinary when compiled with older Go versions (specifically Go1.26.3which was used to compile the officialv1.0.0-beta.67release assets).Specifically, this addresses:
