HOLD — helper tests are green, but the surfaced UX is not yet proven

The 32/32 derive-helper tests establish active/recent ordering logic. They do not yet prove the TUI sidebar renders the right children as session/task events evolve.

Smallest upgrade:

1. feed the production sidebar projection a sequence with one running child, one newly completed child, and one stale completed child;
2. assert the rendered/derived sidebar state shows running vs recent correctly and respects the history bound;
3. update the running child and prove newer activity wins over stale completed metadata;
4. negative control: restore the pre-fix derivation and show the UI-state assertion fails.

No screenshot is required if an existing component/render harness can assert the final sidebar rows.

CHECK sweep disposition: REPAIR / UX boundary.

The derive-helper suite is useful, but the feature claim is the TUI sidebar state.

Acceptance:

1. production sidebar projection receives one running child, one newly completed child, one stale completed child;
2. rendered/derived rows distinguish active vs recent correctly and honor history bounds;
3. newer activity replaces stale completed labels;
4. collapse/activity text additions still obey that state;
5. negative control restores pre-fix derivation and fails the final sidebar-state assertion.

Use an existing component/render harness if available; screenshots are unnecessary if final rows can be asserted.
