Why (fork leaf)

Skill discovery walks skills/**/SKILL.md before the TUI is ready. Without ignore patterns, cold starts descend into node_modules / .git / dist / .cache, and symlink-aliased skill roots can be scanned twice.

Scope (this fork PR)

• Glob.Options.ignore passthrough
• Skill scan: SKIP globs + realpath dedupe of skill roots
• Regression tests for ignore descent + symlink/dependency skip
