Updates every Attest build provenance step in
manual-sdk-release-artifacts.ymlandrelease-please.ymlfromactions/attestv4.1.0 to v4.2.1 (pinned SHA508db95…). Step configuration is unchanged; jobs still passsubject-checksums: checksums.txtafter release artifact checksum generation.The newer action release includes checksum parsing fixes on Windows (v4.2.0) and dependency/security updates in the attest toolchain; this repo does not adopt new inputs from that release.
