OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.

Closing in favor of #31, which combines this update with the other interdependent dependency bumps (AGP application/library, compileSdk, core-ktx) that cannot be applied individually.

## Summary

Combined dependency update that supersedes Dependabot PRs #22, #25, and
#26, which could not be applied individually due to interdependencies.

AGP 9.x migration changes:
- Android Gradle Plugin `8.7.0` → `9.2.1`
- Remove `org.jetbrains.kotlin.android` plugin (built into AGP 9+)
- Remove `kotlinOptions` block (now inferred from `compileOptions`)
- Switch to `proguard-android-optimize.txt` (`proguard-android.txt`
removed in AGP 9)

Dependency updates enabled by AGP 9:
- `compileSdk` `34` → `37` (required by core-ktx 1.19.0)
- `androidx.core:core-ktx` `1.10.1` → `1.19.0`
