Update from code changes: rename Reviews to Issues board

Summary

Reframes the AI Reviews guide as the new Issues board — a shared tracker where AI-filed findings and human-filed issues live side by side, each with a one-click writeback fix.

Changes

• Renamed guides/ai-agents/reviews.mdx → guides/ai-agents/issues.mdx, retitled to "AI agent issues", added a redirect for the old path.
• Documented the two ways issues land on the board: AI-scanned findings and manual issues filed from the board's New issue button.
• Documented the Create issue modal (title, description, project, priority, assignee, agent with Suggest, and related explores) and how related explores feed the manual writeback prompt.
• Added a detail-modal section covering the priority menu, activity feed (created, status_changed, assignee_changed, priority_changed, comment_added, recurred), comments, curated evidenceExcerpts with "Read full conversation", the affected-target chip, Recurs N× tag, and writeback-blocked note.
• Noted the empty-state navbar dropdown that keeps the board reachable before any findings exist.
• Explained that the classifier attaches new evidence to an existing issue instead of duplicating it, and that Slack notifications only fire for newly-opened issues (recurrences are silent).
• Flagged that the additional content-side entry points (dashboard headers, chart/explore headers, dashboard tiles, Spaces/Home rows) are hidden for now while that flow is finalized.
• Updated cross-links in guides/ai-agents.mdx, guides/ai-agents/agent-memory.mdx, and guides/choosing-ai-workflow.mdx, and swapped the nav entry in docs.json.

Context

Follows the source changes that turned the Reviews page into the Issues board, added manual-issue creation, agent suggestion, related-explore capture, related-explores-in-writeback, the empty-state navbar dropdown, and judge-side dedup with new-issue-only Slack notifications.
