With this bump, CI jobs that run npm ci and then npm run lint:all (for example .github/workflows/linting.yml) install TypeScript 7 while the checked-in lockfile still resolves @typescript-eslint/parser/eslint-plugin 8.64.0, whose own peer dependency is typescript: >=4.8.4 <6.1.0. Because eslint.config.cjs loads that parser/plugin for TS files, linting now runs on an unsupported TypeScript major and npm reports peer overrides; keep TypeScript within the supported range or bump the @typescript-eslint stack to a version that supports 7.x.
