Migrates the LocalStack for AWS documentation to use the
lstkCLI.Scope
aws/servicesaws/developer-toolsaws/customizationaws/tutorialspublic/imagesaws/connectingaws/ci-pipelines194 files changed, +3438 / −3996, across 7 commits (#792, #789, #815, #800, #862, #875, #879).
All of these changes had previously been reviewed, and were then accumulated in the
doc-312-aws-docs-to-use-lstkbranch. This branch was then rebased so it should cleanly merge into theaws-docs-release-augustbranch.
