The JSDoc for
assertSecureTokenEndpointandInsecureTokenEndpointErrorattributed the token-endpoint TLS check to SEP-2207, which covers OIDC-flavored refresh-token guidance. This change points the explanation to the MCP authorization specification's HTTPS requirement and describes the SDK's loopback exemption as local-development behavior. It also adds the required client patch changeset. Runtime behavior is unchanged.Fixes #2766
