Fixes #2855
Servers using custom formats (e.g. google-duration) trigger one Ajv unknown-format warning per subschema when listTools compiles output validators. The default instance now drops only that noise via a custom logger. Known-format validation and all other warnings are unchanged.
Tests: new test/validation/ajv-unknown-format.test.ts (2 tests), existing validation suite passes (65 tests), eslint clean.
