Advanced exclusion options sometimes cause issues with the page

Describe the bug

Enabling advanced exclusions can cause issues with mod page, such as incorrect search results and drop menus and buttons not working. Attempting to open project page in this state also causes internal server error. All issues last until page gets reloaded

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable any advanced exclusion in mods category
2. Open https://modrinth.com/discover/mods directly from link (not via Modrinth, not by reloading current page)
3. Attempt to look up something in search and witness results getting jumbled
   3.1 Attempt to do anything else with page other than reload in current state and witness that it's broken

Expected behavior

Page being actually usable
