Allow mods folder to be a symbolic link

I used to use a symbolic link to allow modrinth app to easily update my self hosted server's mods folder. Now it errors out with "Invalid input: Managed content directories must not be symbolic links or files". I am not sure which modrinth app update this was introduced, but I would like it reverted.

Revert disallowing symbolic links to be the mods folder.

Even though I believe Modrinth wants to make both parties happy (more and less technical users), some recent additions have created boundaries in how we are supposed to manage content. To put it plainly, we are not "meant to" externally manage modpack content, but only use the in-app UI. A lot of power users who expect the control to be fully theirs without the App in the way have found these recent additions directly harming their external content management workflows.

I am not fully aware of the situation and do not want to spread misinformation, so please seek answers directly from the developers on platforms such as Discord. Much of the friction we've experienced can be found in the issues list. Hopefully they are actively focusing on these issues ;)
