docs(changelog): add 1.14.3 entry

Adds the changelog entry for the upcoming 1.14.3 patch release (batches C/D/F, already merged to main). The release.yml workflow only bumps the footer changelog link, not the entry text, so the release note must land before the public tag.

Entry contents

• Viewer reliability: shared document handle stays valid after a failed note deletion; save/render no longer race (dedicated worker pool + timeout); consistent state on password-prompt cancel.
• Faster search: in-document search is debounced and no longer blocks the UI.
• Import: tolerates legacy text encodings (Windows-1252 / Latin-1); friendly message when nothing is convertible.
• Editor: no use of an already-closed document when opening a corrupted PDF.
• Security & dependencies: pillow 12.3.0, pymupdf 1.28.0, pypdf 6.14.2, qtawesome 1.4.2 (closes PDF/image parser CVEs; Flatpak pins aligned).

Notes

• Moves the "Latest" badge from 1.14.2 to 1.14.3.
• Historical version headings untouched; footer link left for release.yml to bump.
