Auto upload: unchecking "Only upload on unmetered Wi-Fi" is reverted after leaving the folder settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Settings → Auto upload.
2. Open the settings of an auto-upload folder that has "Only upload on unmetered Wi-Fi" enabled.
3. Uncheck "Only upload on unmetered Wi-Fi".
4. Leave the dialog, then open the same folder settings again.

Expected behaviour

"Only upload on unmetered Wi-Fi" stays unchecked, so uploads also run on mobile data.

Actual behaviour

The option is checked again. It is not possible to disable it.

And the Storage Access Framework complains now on uploading that it need to have WiFi. It's no longer working and there is no possibility to change the setting g upload on Mobile network. It seams to me that this is hitting the same Bug

Hey @nottheend , I tried to reproduce the issue, but I failed. Can you please check I'm doing it correctly? I've recorded a video:

@Tux12Fun This seems a different issue to me, but can you elaborate on this? A list of action to reproduce the issue would be perfect to understand better the issue. Feel free to open a new issue, if you can.
