I'm sorry about the mess that is pathogen-embed's dependencies! I just released version 4.0.0 of pathogen-embed which removes hardcoded dependencies and makes the internals compatible with latest versions of numpy, scikit-learn, etc. I'll update the Bioconda recipe later to reflect this change in dependencies, too. |
