Observation has a fontSize/lineHeight override for an extraExtraSmall tier, intended for small badge text (e.g. an unsynced-items count badge). However, extraExtraSmall wasn't yet a recognized scale tier in the components library. Added the tier (fontSize: 8, lineHeight: 14 as the library defaults) along with both the regular and bold font styles, so it now works like every other tier in the scale.
