Summary

include tests/opencloud.e2e.js in the immutable application artifact and expose its SHA-256
validate the bounded OpenCloud E2E contract and require strict external E2E verification
prevent promotion when local source and the verified development artifact diverge
prepare the aligned v3.0.1 release

packed-package install and exact HN Signal fixture validation
