Validation
npm run build— compiles, TypeScript passesnpm run lint— cleannpm test— 16/16 passingNot verified locally: I could not run the packaged Tauri app in my environment, so I have not manually exercised the panel toggles. The change is a pure code move (identical logic, now memoized with
useCallback), but the open/close behaviour and the AI-panel keyboard shortcut are worth a quick manual check in the app before merging.
