Follow-up from #168 (trim to ui.tsx pattern). The catalog now has 10 examples (01-hello … 10-bookmarking, with 01-hello shipping both app.py and app.R). Decide which survive long-term and remove the rest — candidates for consolidation include the two shadcn examples (03-columns-shadcn, 04-shadcn) and the two ShinyOutput embeds (06-data-frame, 07-plotly).
