Rename SspBC adapter to Gopl

✨ What's the context?

Change sspbc adapter (vendor 676) to gopl adapter (690). Leave sspbc as alias for legacy support.

🧠 Rationale behind the change

We are sunsetting Businessclick vendor (gvlid 676) in Spentember 2026

🔎 New Bid Adapter Checklist

• verify email contact works
• NO fully dynamic hostnames
• geographic host parameters are NOT required
• direct use of HTTP is prohibited - implement an existing Bidder interface that will do all the job
• if the ORTB is just forwarded to the endpoint, use the generic adapter - define the new adapter as the alias of the generic adapter
• cover an adapter configuration with an integration test

We have testen changes in our won PRebidserver/Java

Thanks for the contribution. I'm adding do not merge label for now. Everything looks good, but we'll merge the rebrand after it is merged in other Prebid repos so that everything is aligned.

Sorry for the late reply. We usually wait for PBS-Go for such stuff to avoid potential confusion. Especially because Prebid Server renames are more complicated than PBJS renames due to the configuration. As this is technically a breaking change, this needs to be properly broadcast so that host companies won't end up with a broken config. I'll bring this topic up at the next Prebid Server PMC and we'll decide on the rollout timeline.
