Introduce a Direct Rialto closed caption manager (IDirectRialtoCC / PlayerDirectRialtoCCManager) and wire it into PlayerCCManager alongside the existing Rialto CC path. Adds InvalidateHandle() to both the Direct Rialto and Rialto CC managers to decouple CC handle lifetime from refcounting. Build changes install the new public header, compile the new manager source, and add its include path. Test changes add a dedicated PlayerDirectRialtoCCManagerTests suite and wire it into the CMake test tree. Ported from feature/VPLAY-12250 (no functional changes made during the port).
