Reproducer for #58445, and for the counter half in react/react#37571. Pure React Native, no gesture library.
Test Plan
Run RNTester on a physical iOS device (the Simulator's Option-pinch lands both fingers in one event and does not trigger the drift). Open Playground.
Control: lift the fingers one at a time in step 1, and step 3 increments on the first tap.
