Sync asyncio-walkthrough with the updated tutorial

Syncs asyncio-walkthrough/ with the current state of Python's asyncio: A Hands-On Walkthrough, which is getting a maintenance update.

What changed and why

• countsync.py, countasync.py, rand.py, chained.py: replaced with the versions the tutorial now shows. The folder still held the 2019 code, which the tutorial's rewrite no longer matches.
• queued.py: added. It's the producer-consumer example the tutorial walks through.
• areq.py, asyncq.py, phases.py, urls.txt: removed. The tutorial no longer shows or references them.
• Ran ruff format so the files pass the repo gates. Only blank lines changed compared to the article's code.

Verification

• Ran every script on Python 3.14.6 (uv run --python 3.14). All exit 0 with the output the tutorial shows.
• uvx ruff@0.14.1 format --check asyncio-walkthrough and uvx ruff@0.14.1 check asyncio-walkthrough both pass.
• No third-party dependencies are needed by the remaining scripts.
