Adds 32 real-repository CLI scenarios plus focused picker-label tests for linked-worktree navigation, status JSON and human output, scope and PR metadata, dirty state, stale parents, native-stack opt-in, and unmanaged branches. No production behavior changes.

Exercise linked-worktree routing, ambiguous navigation, PR selection, human and JSON status, dirty counts, scope metadata, stale parents, native-stack opt-in, and unmanaged branches through the compiled CLI.

Constraint: Status inspection must remain read-only and native-stack queries must be opt-in.

Rejected: Snapshot helper formatting alone | would miss real worktree paths, exit codes, Git state, and GitHub call suppression.

Confidence: high

Scope-risk: narrow

Reversibility: clean

Directive: Keep navigation path output shell-compatible and status JSON stable.

Tested: cargo test --test navigation_status_cli --all-features; cargo test cmd::navigate::tests --all-features; cargo fmt --all -- --check; full instrumented suite and clippy reported green.

Not-tested: Interactive TTY selection beyond deterministic label construction.
