Update zh-CN localization wording, add graphics option - #2292

Refine Chinese localisation in assets/localisation/zh-CN: replace several UI labels from “信息” to “详情” for clarity, adjust unit_current_supply phrasing, rename RGO header to “RGO详情”, and update production/help strings accordingly. Add graphics_details_3 “拼布” in settings.csv. Also change MIL_TACTICS_TECH to “军事战术” in text.csv. Files modified: alice.csv, settings.csv, text.csv.
