Extract RMC test from tests/test_nmea/test_rmc_zda_znt.py into a dedicated tests/test_nmea/test_rmc.py file and rename the old file to test_zda_znt.py. Added new test cases for south/east coordinates, zero values, and invalid formats to improve test coverage.
