🎯 What: The testing gap addressed
Extracted RMC parsing tests from a shared test file into a dedicated tests/test_nmea/test_rmc.py file, matching the structure of the module and fulfilling the request to create a missing test file for src/nmea/rmc.py.

📊 Coverage: What scenarios are now tested

  • Normal case (North and West coordinates)
  • South and East coordinates to verify proper negation
  • Zero coordinate values and zero minutes values to verify stripping behavior
  • Invalid NMEA formats that do not match the regex

Result: The improvement in test coverage
Test coverage on src/nmea/rmc.py jumped to 91% (missing only the if __name__ == "__main__": block). We now have deterministic test suite behavior for standard NMEA RMC sentences.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3833551488367147924 started by @schwehr

Extract RMC test from tests/test_nmea/test_rmc_zda_znt.py into
a dedicated tests/test_nmea/test_rmc.py file and rename the old
file to test_zda_znt.py. Added new test cases for south/east
coordinates, zero values, and invalid formats to improve test
coverage.
