The v0.29.0 publisher stopped because the committed personal certificate did not match the Socketry signing key. Replace it with the Socketry certificate used by bake-gem-github and update the gemspec's local signing-key path to match.
Validated certificate dates and key matching, built a signed gem using the gemspec defaults, and verified its signatures and embedded certificate. Follow this fix with v0.29.1; v0.29.0 was never published.
