Fail build for warnings in tests

In order to align maintenance of the main and test source trees, the team has decided to fail the Gradle build for warnings in tests. This will also help to reduce the number of warnings in the test source tree within IDEs, thereby decreasing noise and simplifying maintenance of the code base.

In addition, the team would like to investigate using the same set of warnings in the main and test source trees to further harmonize the way we handle test sources.
