This pull request implements a config option allowing developers to disable Statamic's front-end authentication routes.
Use case: A Laravel app rending its own authentication pages and wants for force users to go through it vs Statamic's built-in auth routes.
Control Panel authentication and account activation links remain available. This PR only affect the endpoints used by Statamic's various
{{ user:* }}tags.
