Adds a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow to run Socket Security “full application reachability” scans for this Node/Yarn (yarn.lock) repository, aiming to surface Tier 1 reachability results on a weekly cadence (and via manual dispatch).
Changes:
- Introduces a new
socket-scanworkflow that runssocket scan create --reachon a weekly schedule and on-demand. - Adds log parsing to emit a GitHub Actions
::warning::when the scan falls back to Tier 2 reachability, while preserving the scan step’s exit code behavior.
