Pull request overview

Adds a scheduled GitHub Actions workflow to run Socket Security “full application reachability” scans for this Node/Yarn (yarn.lock) repository, aiming to surface Tier 1 reachability results on a weekly cadence (and via manual dispatch).

Changes:

  • Introduces a new socket-scan workflow that runs socket scan create --reach on a weekly schedule and on-demand.
  • Adds log parsing to emit a GitHub Actions ::warning:: when the scan falls back to Tier 2 reachability, while preserving the scan step’s exit code behavior.

💡 Add Copilot custom instructions for smarter, more guided reviews. Learn how to get started.

- Drop the FORCE_JAVASCRIPT_ACTIONS_TO_NODE24 env block: every action here
already declares `using: node24`, and runners have defaulted to Node 24
  since 2026-06-16 (Node 20 is removed 2026-09-16)
