Pull request overview
Updates St. Jude Cloud Genomics Platform documentation to reflect a new FFPE-related dataset/sample type metadata.
Changes:
- Expands allowed values for
sample_typein the metadata specification. - Adds a new PCGP dataset entry/section for “G4K FFPE” (G4KF) and updates dataset tables/TOC accordingly.
- Updates sample counts for selected datasets in the “List of Data Sets” table.
