supabase experimental stack preparedownloads the resources needed by all enabled capabilities or a selected subset, without starting services. Resolve project configuration and stack targeting at the CLI boundary, and delegate preparation and dependency selection to the stack package.This PR builds on experimental stack logs (#6510).
