0.70.0 release fix: rewire improve() from agent-eval's removed Driver contract to the 0.95.0 Proposer API (gepaProposer/skillOptProposer/SurfaceProposer; selfImprove driver->proposer), bump the agent-eval devDep + lockfile to 0.95.0, and align examples/product-eval to the current agent-interface AgentProfile shape. Full gate green against agent-eval 0.95.0.
