Release-cut docs for 8.1.1.01, covering the two merges since 8.1.0.01: #2013 (docs) and #2014 (error reporting).
Why PATCH rather than MINOR: the release is predominantly repair — the duplicated log, the anonymous reports, the unowned error dialog, the wrapped exception. The one addition, an optional single-line field in the error dialog, is not a significant new feature in the sense
