wf-shell: mixer widget does not work (missing pipewire/wireplumber support)

The wf-shell package (version 0.11.0) was built without PipeWire/WirePlumber support, which breaks the mixer widget on the panel.

To enable the mixer widget with PipeWire, pipewire-devel and wireplumber-devel need to be added to makedepends (or added as build options) in srcpkgs/wf-shell/template.

The PR for WayfireWM v0.11 was open for testers for almost 2 months - anyway, personally I'm not using neither wf-shell nor pipewire for that matter and have very little time for this kind of stuff atm, but I'll see what I can do..
