Design
ScoreBigwig is intentionally separate from TOBIAS ATACorrect and BINDetect because it exposes a reusable footprint-score BigWig that can be consumed independently or passed to BINDetect in a footprinting subworkflow.
Local validation
Conda and Singularity test profiles are left to the automated CI matrix.
